Ticket Ice
Ticket Ice is drop-in ice times available for skaters to use outside our regular schedule. Non-TFSC skaters & coaches must provide our office with proof of current Skate Canada registration. All skaters must register online prior to stepping on the ice. Multipass discount is available – please inquire with our office for information.
TICKET ICE REGISTRATION
TFSC offers drop-in ice time available to our skaters outside of their regular evening or weekend sessions, called Ticket Ice. Ticket Ice typically runs during weekday morning (7 – 9 AM) and daytime (12 – 3 PM) hours.
Registration for our Ticket Ice sessions is online via our online registration system, Amilia. All skaters MUST register prior to using any Ticket Ice sessions. We do not accept in-person registration.
NON TFSC MEMBERS & COACHES
Non-TFSC skaters can use our Ticket Ice sessions. TFSC reserves the right to cancel any ticket ice reserved by a non-TFSC skater.
Skaters MUST register on our portal, Amilia, under Non Member before using any Ticket Ice session. Please contact our office at thornhillfsc@gmail.com to confirm your skater’s skill level so we may attach it to your Amilia account. All non-TFSC skaters MUST produce a copy of their current Skate Canada membership in good standing.
Non TFSC coaches who wish to coach on TFSC Ticket Ice must contact our office (thornhillfsc@gmail.com) and provide an up-to-date copy of their coaching membership with Skate Canada.
Failure to comply with the above rules will result in ticket ice membership being cancelled without refund.

All ticket ice users (coaches and skaters) must be currently registered with Skate Canada.

Any TFSC coach, administrative staff or board member is permitted to request proof of payment and/or proof of registration with Skate Canada.

Only Skate Canada certified coaches are to be teaching skaters. Parents are prohibited from coaching from rink-side or bleachers.

Skaters whose music is playing have right of way.

Spins should be practiced in the middle of the ice.

Absolutely no kicking of the boards or the ice, excessive yelling or swearing will be tolerated.

The goal is to create a positive and hardworking training environment for athletes. Respect to all coaches and skaters is demanded.

Failure to adhere to Ticket Ice Etiquette by parents or skaters will result in a loss of ticket ice usage privileges.
Ticket Ice Policies
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
All spots are first-come, first-serve.
Skaters must be registered online via Amilia to skate, there will be no walk-ins accepted. If you are not registered, you will not be allowed to skate. No exceptions.
There are no waiting lists for our Ticket Ice sessions.
REGISTRATION FOR SESSIONS AND SKILL LEVEL
Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. You agree to register your skater for Ticket Ice sessions according to their 'Skill Level'. The Skill Level is dictated by your base coach and can be found in your Amilia account by clicking on "My Account", clicking on "Members", and scrolling down to "Skills". If you feel the skill level on your account is incorrect, please have your base coach contact the office to update your account. Requests for skill level changes from parents cannot be honoured.

Ticket ice are drop-in style sessions available for skaters to use. Skaters must use the session designated for their level only. (Ie. Star 3 skater cannot use Pre Novice level ticket ice session)

Ticket Ice sessions MUST be booked and paid for prior to use on our registration system, Amilia.

Ticket Ice sessions are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be made prior to the start of your registered session.

No. You must only use the session you are registered for. Failure to do so will result in a breach of our policies.

Only skaters who are Star 2 & higher may practice without a coach and on the session corresponding to their level only.
